The FAI Team presents a 3-day intensive training session on the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) from January 2nd - 4th 2020 for Senior Secondary School Students. As the field of AI grows and its impact becomes more ubiquitous, nations invest efforts and resources to expose and educate younger generations to the principles and applications of AI; Nigeria is not left behind.
As scholars in this burgeoning field, the FAI team has put together training materials that cover the rudiments of AI in a way that is accessible to senior secondary school students. The objective is to introduce the basics of artificial intelligence through an immersive workshop, in order to pique the interest of students such that they can build relevant applications on their own long after the workshop is over.

- Location: Computer Lab, Department of Mathematics, Yellow House, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
- Dates: January 2-4, 2020.
- Time: 9:00 am - 4:30p.m.
